[Family Event] The Past and Present in Your Hands

Updated: Jan 26

“The Past and Present in Your Hands" is a reflective and therapeutic workshop led by Betty Kim, designed to help participants navigate and embrace moments of change from their past.

This workshop seeks to foster personal awareness, emotional connection, and healing by encouraging participants to revisit significant past experiences. In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, attendees will be guided to acknowledge and process any emotions that arise. Through the medium of oil pastel drawing, participants will express and respond to these emotions, transforming their experiences into a visual representation.

This creative process aims to offer a sense of affirmation, allowing individuals to connect with their past in a way that promotes healing and personal growth.
