Since its inception, 4482 has supported numerous Korean artists in the UK, providing a platform to highlight Korea’s rich creative scene. In 2025, with an expanded vision, we continue this legacy—building deeper artistic connections and promoting global cultural exchange.

Join 4482 [SASAPARI] 2025: A Call for Visionary Korean Artists
SECTION 1 - PERFORMANCE ARTISTS
Are you a performance artist ready to push boundaries and inspire through your creativity?
[Application considerations]
4482 welcomes a wide range of performance art submissions, embracing diverse mediums, themes, and forms. Whether it’s live solo performances, collaborative works, site-specific interventions, or durational pieces, we encourage artists to explore bold and innovative expressions. We are open to performances in traditional venues, public spaces, and virtual platforms, as well as those incorporating props, costumes, multimedia, or audience interaction.
However, please note that terms and conditions apply, and further discussions will be required when planning an artist talk or performance. This ensures that each presentation aligns with the logistical and conceptual framework of the exhibition while providing the best possible experience for both artists and audiences.
SECTION 2 - INSTALLATION ARTISTS
Are you an installation artist ready to push boundaries and inspire through your creativity?

4482 is committed to supporting innovative and ambitious installation projects; however, terms and conditions apply, and further discussions will be required to assess feasibility, space requirements, technical support, and audience engagement strategies. This ensures that each installation aligns with the logistical and conceptual framework of the exhibition while providing an optimal experience for both artists and visitors.
Eligibility: Open to Korean performance and installation artists
We kindly ask for your understanding that the Artist Talk opportunity is only available to artists based in the UK.
Deadline: Submissions accepted until 2 March 2025
When will the artists be selected? 21 March 2025

Selected artists will receive support for artist talk or interview along with promotional opportunities.

섹션 1 - 퍼포먼스 아티스트
[지원 고려 사항]
4482는 다양한 매체, 주제, 형식을 아우르는 폭넓은 퍼포먼스 아트 작품을 환영합니다. 솔로 라이브 퍼포먼스, 협업 작품, 특정 장소를 활용한 개입적 작업, 장기간에 걸친 퍼포먼스 등 대담하고 혁신적인 표현 방식을 탐구하는 아티스트들의 참여를 적극적으로 장려합니다. 전통적인 공연장뿐만 아니라 공공장소, 가상 플랫폼에서의 퍼포먼스를 포함하여, 소품, 의상, 멀티미디어 요소, 관객 참여를 활용한 작품도 환영합니다.
다만, 아티스트 토크 또는 퍼포먼스 진행 시 특정 조건이 적용될 수 있으며, 세부 기획을 위해 추가 논의가 필요합니다. 이는 전시의 기획적·공간적 요소를 충분히 고려하여, 아티스트와 관객 모두에게 최상의 경험을 제공하기 위함임을 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.
섹션 2 - 설치 아티스트

4482는 혁신적이고 실험적인 설치미술 프로젝트를 적극 지원합니다. 다만, 설치 작업의 실행 가능성, 공간 조건, 기술적 지원, 관객 참여 전략 등을 검토하기 위해 추가 논의가 필요하며, 특정 조건이 적용될 수 있습니다. 이는 전시의 기획적·공간적 요소를 충분히 고려하여, 아티스트와 관객 모두에게 최상의 경험을 제공하기 위함입니다.
지원 자격: 한국 국적의 설치미술 및 퍼포먼스 아티스트 대상
아티스트 토크 기회는 영국에 거주하는 아티스트에게만 제공됨을 양해 부탁드립니다.
마감일: 2025년 2월 28일까지 접수
선정 발표: 2025년 3월 21일
제출 서류: 아티스트 소개 및 이력서 (연락처 포함)
선정된 아티스트는 아티스트 토크 또는 인터뷰 지원 및 홍보 기회를 제공받습니다.
